Ronilu graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Prior to pursuing public accounting she was an assistant controller for a family owned Dime Store chain that operated 32 stores in Missouri and Iowa. She also worked in the accounting and data processing departments of a hosptial and large drug distribution company. She has over 30 years public accounting experience with an emphasis in the areas of tax, payroll, and small business and non-profit accounting services and consulting. Her public accounting experience includes working for small local CPA firms as well as a national firm.

Marsha graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a double major in marketing and management. She received her MBA from Rockhurst University in 1996. Recently, she sold a child care facility that was licensed for 42 children that she owned for 12 years. Prior to owning and operating a small business she worked in outside sales for 13 years at a material handling equipment supplier. She and her husband have four children and live on a farm north of Saint Joseph. They raise Percheron draft horses, Angus cows, and alfalfa hay. 

Melissa graduated with an Associates Degree in Business Administration from North Central University and a Bachelor's in Church Ministries from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. She then continued her education at Missouri Western State University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She passed her CPA exam in 2017 and is currently working towards completing the requirements for her license. Prior to joining Thompson and Associates, she worked in a family-owned medical practice for over 13 years practicing small business accounting and office administration. Her experience also includes bookkeeping and taxes for small partnerships. Melissa and her husband, Tyler, have four children and reside in Saint Joseph.
